Most Wanted Missions Glitched!! HELP

Hello. Here I have a weird glitch in my game in the Most Wanted Missions, the screenshots I attached speak for themselves, but I'll give a quick explanation.

In the Bomb Most Wanted Missions, I have only one bomb marker in my Map, and when I go to that location, there is no bomb! Same happens with the militia watchtower "Occupy Gotham" Most Wanted mission. When I go to the locations, theres nothing in there. In the screenshot I attached, you can see that apparently I got 0/0 in Miagani Island, 0/0 Bleake Island, and 7/7, which makes no sense. Also, theres a thing with the Knightfall Protocol. For some reason, theres the option to activate the Knightfall Protocol, but when I use it, nothing happens, and I still have the bar where it shows I still need to do the other missions to activate the Protocol (because I do have some missions missing). Theres a few more things, but that's pretty much it, check the screenshots!

Anything is appreciated. I hope I don't have to reinstall it, because that means I will lose all my progress. Thanks alot.

How far along are you in the story? I believe some bombs don't appear until you've progressed past a certain point.

Im in 92%. I already did the story mode and Im really close to unlock the Knightfall protocol, but I won't be able to complete the rest of the missions with that glitch.
