How to defeat Pyg?

I've been stuck on the last part of the "The Perfect Crime" mission where it is just Pyg and the table, throwing knives. Help?

Catch his knives and throw it back at him til his health gets low then get him to fail so you use a takedown.

Yeah, this one is harder than you might think. I found the environmental takedown a bit random, such that it doesn't always work when yoiu really want it, but works fine during a normal fight!

Still, as Jason says above, catch the knives, throw them back and get close enough for your takedown to trigger. You need to be spot one and not run into the table at the wrong time.
