Can't do Batman Arkham Knight - Arkham Knight HQ Riddle's Breakable Objects
I watched all videos. Went all locations but there is one missing. I can't find it. Someone can help me

Most people are missing them in the tunnels under founders island(thru the shipping yard).

Also, make sure you're swivelling your camera on the map. Sometimes they'll be under another icon from the default view.

Sorry you did say specifically arkham hq. Did you check both north and south?
