does the season pass include all dlc?

That depends on your own personal preference. I'm going to be biased because I 100%ed all achievements in the game and all available DLC. With the Season Pass you get to choose from the complete selection instead of nickel-and-diming yourself with individual DLC.

Even if you ignored certain content you still get a huge variety to choose from, and certain achievements depend upon having the complete DLC. This guy kindly itemized all the DLC. If I added correctly, all separate DLC equals $55.77. With the Season Pass you save $35.78:

It's only worth it if you care about skins and achievements. The DLC missions are shallow at best and frustrating at worst.
