riddles in arkham knight HQ

so i am almost at endgame now..only riddler remaining with 30 last trophies and 5-10 are there in arkham knight HQ but i see level 1-5 how to get to lvl 1??i am at lvl5..

Level 1 is just above the main entrance. You went into the Killinger department store and lowered the Batmobile down a huge shaft. At that location, just grapple up the shaft.

Note that there are two entrances. I'm guessing you went in the "back" entrance on the rooftop. That gets you to the arena where you fought Arkham Knight, but you can't reach the main shaft area from there due to the cave-in that destroyed the first Batmobile.
