Edited my posts, Most Wanted criminals and Season of Infamy: Most Wanted [DLC] is to do before the Knightfall Protocol. You should have caught all the most wanted criminals after the Cloudburst preferably before the Batman face reveal and before going after The Arkham Knight. It makes more sense in the cutscenes and dialogues as it is unclear what happened to Batman after the Knightfall Protocol.

If you haven't caught Mister Freeze after the cloudburst and you want it to snow, do it after rescuing Barbara. It won't snow right after the cloudburst city of fear mission.

The Arkham City Nightwing DLC campaign that takes place in Wayne Manor is based on a comic book issue. Near the end of Arkham City and not long after the activation of Protocol 10 Tyger Guards attack Wayne Manor/ Nightwing, Robin & Alfred defend the place. If the Robin Black Mask DLC can be considered part of the continuity there is no reason the Nightwing Wayne Manor DLC can't as well.

The Arkham Knight and Arkham Unhinged comics and the Assault on Arkham movie are non-canon because they directly contradict what is established in the games.

Like Bane being killed by AK in the comics but in the game it says he went back to Santa Prisca to fight the drug lords or Bane being at the Asylum a full two years before the AA game in the movie just to name a couple of examples. Not to mention Harley, Riddler and Batman act wildly out of character in the movie.
