Missing Trophy "Panessa Studios"

I have recently started collection all Riddler trophies (after completing EVERY other mission, story, most wanted etc.). Now i have come to complete "Panessa Film Studios"

Which i have-

Yet for some reason, and this being the reason im writing this, it tells me im missing one trophy.
Specifically (as can be seen in the first image of the IMGUR link) the trophy in the "1st grid, 1st row, 2nd slot".

With that being said as can also be seen in the following images, i have actually already collected / should have already collected the trophy that im missing, as i have collected all 21 trophies that are in "Panessa Studios", including all 3 riddles, and all 15 breakable objects.

So i would really appreciate it if someone can tell me if im somehow missing something, or if the game is bugged, in which case, i would appreciate it even more if someone could tell me a way to fix this without having to go to a new save or something like that ?

If you collected it then it is bugged, probably from either or both not patching and verifying the game immediately after installation as per all games, or from playing with your in-game screen resolution needlessly cranked to maximum. It's going to be a lot of work depending on where you are in the game right now, but you might want to backwind your save just prior to breaching Panessa Studios or prior to collecting that trophy if it's closer progress-wise, then playing forward with your screen resolution reduced from maximum from inside the Graphics Options menu:

Thanks for the reply, i was able to manage getting back to a previous save. Only problem is all the saves i had were from way back, so going back from my 98% save to a 76% save. For some reason it didnt do any auto/backup saves after that for the entire playtime ?

But id rather grind back those 22% to get the 100% of the game rather than having to start from the beginning !

You might have been grinding hard. After major story milestones, periodically checkpoint -- usually an open building or collect a freeroam trophy -- and quit to the desktop to create more save points. This game constantly streams so you can quit after completing a building breach. Remember, lower your in-game screen resolution.
