New story + vs new game+

I recently finished the game on easy mode and an option for new story + has opened up. I know that if you finish on medium or hard new game + opens up and i dont know the difference between new story + and new game +

New Story + Is the hardest difficulty with all the gadgets you unlocked with the normal story mode. So I recommend completing it 100% or at least getting all the upgrades. DLC has nothing to do with it, that can be played and/or used in the normal game.

+NG is actually fun and challenging to play. New story will just feel boring and slower

@Happydagamer, New Story + is New Game +. Serves the same function and purpose as NG+ in both City and Origins, just different wording for this game. You said you finished the main game on Easy setting, but did you start on Medium (Normal) and then change it before the end of the game? I ask because NS+ NG+ normally doesn't spawn after completing Easy play setting.

New game + is just another way of saying new story+

It did in my game....easy...finished main story...new story+ showed up

Hmmm, I'll give it a shot on Easy some time. I likely avoided Easy setting based on the unlock behavior of the two previous games. That and enemies drop too soon. Thanks, Lucas.

@Jolly, New Story + is listed in the menu after main game completion, and a pre-Knghtfall prompt appears in-game. How did you ascertain that NG+ and NS+ were two separate play modes, or is there something else I missed? Just curious.
