Possible Dollotron Easter Egg?

So let me say that I have no clue what this is, but I found this fairly recently.

I was playing Arkham Knight, obviously, and was strolling past the many cells full of thugs, militia, etc. I decided to step closer to the cell that held the Dollotrons, since I had just finished The Perfect Crime and wanted to check out the models without having to worry about them attacking me. However, I started to hear what sounded like incoherent rambling which seemed to be coming from the Dollotrons themselves.

It didn't make much sense, just sounding like a bunch of jibberish, and whoever was speaking sounded terrified and panicked. For reference, it sounded like a Sim talking.

I did check to see if I was just mishearing things, or if it was actually coming from somewhere else, but it did seem like it was coming from them. There aren't any discussions (that I've found, anyway) that have brought this up, and I'm wondering if other people have noticed this too. It may not seem like too big of a deal, but you don't exactly hear these things speak at any time throughout the game, and I'm just a little curious.

Are the Dollotrons ACTUALLY speaking? Is it just random background noise implemented and I'm just looking too far into it? Dunno, but let me know if you hear it too.
