If it is shown in february, that will means 1 per month and maybe the reveal in May.
Unless they also take the time to release the central logos one by one, but I doubt they'd push it this far.
The game is probably meant to be released late 2020.
A reveal in the 1st quarter of 2020, E3 at the lastest, is the most likely.
That's just a guess, they could speed up the process.
That sounds like it makes the most sense
Yes that's because the new WB communication trend is to reveal games closer to release, like 6 months or something.
Was the same for previous Batman games, and Mortal Kombat games.
MK11 was revealed in december, and released in April.
That's really short.
You can most likely expect the same for the next Batman game.

But it make sense when you think of it.
You have to take the Arkham serie like a run an author would write for the comics.
It was RS run, and it told the relation between Batman and the Joker, every single game did.
WB probably wants to make their own run, different from RS, and hopefully not tied as much to the Joker character.
Lets just hope it will still focus on Batman and we won't get the Justice League or other DC heroe mixed to it.
Unpopular opinion, but I'd hate it.
