Finally built my own PC, somehow the graphic looks worse on pc than console

I built my PC and launched some games on it. Some how, the graphic wasn't that amazing as I expected and I'm kind of disapponited. When I watch videos on youtube playing arkham knight on ps4, i noticed that every thing looks nicer than my PC; the world was rendered further(the ps4 version in the video I watch rendered the prison outside map clearly while my pc version, it was faint and blurry) and it doesn't have jagged edges everywhere on like the PC. I tried anti aliasing x4 and x8 but it doesn't help much. I don't understand why this is happening since I have RX 570 for GPU and I heard it's suppose to be on equivalent of ps4 pro. I also experieced lots of screen tearing, to the point of me having minor headahce after 10 minutes of use. This also happens to every games I play: DOOM, Overwatch, csgo, far cry 3, tf2. Could this be the case of my GPU premature deteoration? DId I won(or lose) the silicon lottery or could this be the case of my monitor? And yes, all my driver are up to date and I've tried freesync and vsync but it doesn't do much. Please help, this question had been bugging me for the last few weeks

PC SPEC
CPU - ryzen 5 1600
GPU - MSI gaming x RX 570
MOBO - MSI b350 pc mate
RAM - Crucial ballistix sport 2400 8gb
Monitor - LG23MP68VQ IPS display

Coding for consoles is different than coding for PCs, so whether the hardware is "equivalent" is not a good indicator. How the game looks depends on the graphics settings and resolution. For me it looks quite good, and I don't play on max settings. I don't know about PS4 Pro, but on PC even on medium settings it should look better than on the original PS4.

The GPU can't make your game look worse, only run slower. How the game looks depends on the graphics settings and resolution.

Arkham Knight looks and runs like garbage on the consoles. Medium on PC looks better (and you can get much higher framerates). What do you mean by "it doesn't look as good"? Need a lot more info than that.

Here's how it looks on mine with everything maxed (I have upgraded my GPU since this video but since I stay >60fps all the time that shouldn't really matter).

RX570 is equal to PS4? im 100% sure you are payed troll to spread bullcrap and lies on forums. PS4 is using PC components from 2009 and its designed to work differently from PC architecture. Its very hilarious ppls claiming current gen consoles are equal to modern PC components.
The game on PC looks better than the consoles as there is NONE resolution downscaling, much higher frames and much better render distance with higher lvl of details on everything.
On top of all how did you testet anti aliasing X4 and X8 as there is no such option? if you know what anti aliasing is tho <.< the thing you meant is Aniostropic filtering which is totally different animal than aliasing. Go back to PSN forums and continue praising PS4 as the best and most powerfull machine ever existed.
