Dirty Tricks Achievement

I've watched a couple of vids and read some posts here, about how to get this achievement. I've tried doing donuts for over 3 minutes (several times), nothing happens. I understand that it should also trigger if you accumulate 3 minutes of drifting time (in the same savegame I imagine). So far, it doesn't seem to be happening.

Does anyone know if the 3 minutes accumulated must be done in the same play session?

I think you might have to do it for 3 minutes straight.

Basically just do what this person does in the video and it should pop for you.

Nope, it doesn't work for me. I tired again for almost 5 minutes (to be sure) and still not triggered.

That's odd, no clue what would be causing that.

I'll try a different savegame and see if that has any effect.
