I heard the dlc is bad.......
...so is any of it worth buying? I know it's cheap right now, but should I just get the basic game? I'll be playing single player only. Thanks

Triffic. And the dlc.....?

The DLCs are very short.. I can't remember the exact number as I played them a while ago, but the Season of Infamy DLC is pretty great, it's interwoven with the main game. The rest like Batgirl, Red Hood etc are really short, take about 45 minutes each to finish. Though at this sale price for the base game and all the dlc, it's good value

My opinion:

"Season of Infamy" and "Matter of Family" are at least acceptable. The other so called "Story Packs" are 10-15 min missions (for me not worth it). The Rest of the DLC are Skins and Challenge Maps (not worth for me too)

I recommend: Browse youtube and look for Clips about the DLC, form a own opionion if its worth your money or not

I see no reason why you shouldn´t spend 3€ mor to get the premium edition, but don´t buy the seasonpass or the DLCs seperatly, that´s not worth it.

I got the season pass the other day during the sale, and for $10 it's not bad. There's nothing that looks super important in it though; just a whole bunch of little stuff. Short one off missions with alternate characters, a bunch of new skins and challenge maps, and 4 new side quests added to the main game.

So you get a fair amount of raw content for you money, but the question is really, 'Do you want a bunch more Arkham Knight side content?'

I beat them all including the Catwoman DLC which is the worst of the bunch.

Most of the DLC is cosmetic stuff you probably won't bother with at all. The story DLCs are VERY short but they're not bad.

A Family Matter was pretty decent but only lasts about three to four hours if I recall correctly. It does do service to Batgirl as a playable character and is fun to play so if you want a bit of meat to compliment Arkham Knight, A Family Matter is a good piece of DLC to play after you beat it. It also has some nice cutscenes.

The GCPD Lockdown DLC is very short, I didn't like playing as Nightwing but the gameplay wasn't really a pain. It was a straight up beat 'em up DLC. Took about an hour to beat and had some nice screen shot potential. Decent enough but doesn't really add anything to the game overall plus it's buggy(Or it was for me last year when I played it).

The Robin DLC was okay, so was a flip of the coin but they all last about an hour to two hours max. They're VERY short.

The Harley Quinn DLC was a bit ♥♥♥♥... You basically just go through a police department and that's it. Pretty boring, same game mechanics as the base game with a new UI.

The Catwoman DLC.... Stay away from it. It's actually a really good piece of DLC and offers a totally different take on the gameplay with more of a stealth approach but that last fight is a nightmare, enough to rightfully warrant warning people away from it. I spent most of my time in that piece of DLC trying to beat that last fight. I must've done it ten times over. It was such a punishingly bad game design that has, literally, everyone that tries it legitimately pulling out their hair, screaming at their monitors. Just don't bother with it because you will keep playing it and hoping you beat it even if you go in with the intention of getting to that point and watching the rest of it on YouTube, you will keep trying it.

There is some DLC that adds new sections and story to the game like Professor Frost's side mission if I recall correctly as well as a few side missions which are interesting enough.

For €9.99 for the game and all the DLC? Just get it. It's like two bucks more than just having the base game and you get at least 5-10 hours extra out of it with one piece of the DLC definitely being worth playing.
