How to unlock the last batsuit?

So I just completed the game for the first time today. It shows 120% complete but theres still one batsuit thats locked. How do I unlock it, I can`t seem to find an answer anywhere. Also can the joker skin for the batmobile be used in the game?

The Joker Batmobile Skin is not officially available, just with a Mod.

In this Clip you get a manual how to install the Mod. Don´t know if its working (I´m not interested in using Skins which only change the apperance and nothing else)

The batmobile skins are mostly usless but that joker one is hilarious and kinda creepy

There is a mod to unlock it but normally you have to complete the new game+ %120...but your Riddler trophies get carried over so you won't have to do them again.Only thing you need to keep in mind is that if you don't want the permanent snow at the end do NOT activate the Knightfall before doing the Freeze mission.

All the mods I've tried worked...it's the mesh mods that many have trouble with.
