Wayne Tech Upgrade DLC ?
I know as a preorder bonus there was a Wayne Tech Upgrade pack for a few bonus points in random skills. And i know for console it eventually was available to ALL season pass owners near the end of the season pass cycle.

Did that just not happen for PC? How do I get it, I just rebought the game complete for steam, I originally owned the PS4 version.

I wasn't aware of it being granted to season pass owners. I guess that didn't happen. Not that it really matters, upgrade points are fairly easy to get in this game.
