Do enhanced rain and light shafts cause any stutter ?
or should I just turn off all the gameworks ? Please tell me because I don't feel like testing the game for 5 hours.

First you should buy the game.

I'm just asking before I waste my money on a ♥♥♥♥ port.

Changing 4 settings will take you five hours? There might be bigger problems than messing with a crap port.

I'm just kind of OCD about finding the best possible settings in games :/ it's crazy I know

It would be best if you list your specs so we can save a huge amount of time and effort.

Both options had very little impact on the framerate, even on my old 280X. So I thank it should be almost nothing with your card.

The two features you mentioned barely have any impact on the performance.

What about OS and amount of RAM? Either way so far so good. I have the following

i7 4790K tc'ed to 4.4GHZ
32GB of DDR3 2133MHz ram
MSI Gaming edition 980ti
Win 10 Pro
OS and games are on SSDs.

I hit a low of 60 and a high of 130 on the benchmark at 1920x1080. You should be pretty close and safe.

No. There's no fps difference with enhanced rain and light shafts. I'm playing on a 970/i5 4690k/ 8gb ram

Volumetric smoke/fog causes frame rates to drop horrificly but looks friggin awesome
