A question about new game +

Is there anyway to restart new game + after beating it? I just got the 8.05 batsuit and while i know some people dont like it i like the gold/yellow bat symol and i would like to use it in the main campaign but the suit dose not unlock for other saves, so is there something i dont know or should i look to mods?

Best bet is Mods. After completing 240% -- Story + Season of Infamy and both again in NG+ -- the only time you'll be able to use it unmodified is either in Challenge Maps or post-game freeroam.
