Simon Stagg first encounter on stagg airship

Somehow I saw him in this cell but instead of trying to talk to him I went directly to the door behind that cell and I could not go back, after Scarecrow leave the stagg airship in a flying machine I went back around and found stagg in the cell again but uncouscious. Did I miss something important ?

Also there are many riddler trophies that are not possible to take, what to do with that ?

You missed an expository conversation, in this case a confession, but nothing you wouldn't be able to figure out in-story. You can collect every single trophy in the game, but some avail only after gadget unlocks or upgrades.

If you feel like you missed anything earlier you can always use the save system to backwind to an earlier point in the story. You'll have to repeat some progress but it's one of the game's best features:

01. Backwind to a previous save point. From the save slot menu:
Keyboard and Mouse: Hold down minus key (-) to display backups, press equal (=) once or twice to select.
XBox Controller: Hold down Left Bumper (above Left Trigger) then press Right Bumper once or twice to select.

If that doesn't place you back far enough in time, follow these instructions to access backups from the Documents folder:
02. Reload a previous save.
Locate your backup folder, typically found here:
Documents \ WB Games \ Batman Arkham Knight \ Steam Account Number \ SaveData \ backup
