How to do the Hacking Minigame in the Main story (Airship Section)

Hi, I recently got to the airship section of this game's main story and have been confronted with an issue regarding the hacking minigame. I have tried it with both a steam controller and a mouse, yet I cannot solve it. Again, I've worked at the game with two controllers with twenty minutes spent working at the puzzle with each controller. I am unsure what I am getting wrong and how this minigame works, and need help.

what exactly are you having a problem with? You typically need to tilt the airship left or right to move containers around to open the path. There are tons of guides online if you need specific instructions.

If your problem is that you can't seem to make it tilt then you probably have a controller setup/conflict.

Sorry I wasn't clear, I'm talking about turning the keys in the hacking minigame needed to enter the airship. For whatever reason, the minigame won't finish no matter how I tune the keys or use the thumbsticks. i think you're right in that it may be a controller/setup problem, so I'll look into that.l

It's been awhile since I played through that section, so I'm not really sure what you mean by "keys" here. IIRC you need to use the remote hacking device to guess the password and unlock the door, then get the control codes from the weenie with the drone.

thanks, I already know the password, so I guess it's just a matter of putting it in.

Are you talking about having trouble with the hacking mini game on the steam controller's touchpad? If so, I am having issue getting it to stick as well

yeah, actually. As far as i can tell the controller doesn't have vibration, and the minigame appears to be based on that. Also, are you having trouble with the precision of the touchpad? i've gotten that too
