Hello there.

In order to change the game language you have to go to:

1) Steam.
2) Library.
3) Search for the game, in this case, Batman Arkham Knight.
4) Right click on the game.
5) Properties.
6) Search for "Language" tab.
7) Then you can choose the language you want in your game.

When you choose the language you want, click on accept/OK and the game will update itself in case it's necessary.

i did try search for language but it showed up nothing

I just tried it, first you'll have to right click your game title on your library then click on "properties" then on the tab called "general" you will find a language option. Simply change it and a new language will begin downloading. WARNING: Downloading a new language weighs approximately 4 GBs
