The Perfect Crime is Bugged

im halfway into the game trying to finish every single side missions i can before i go into the airship. im trying to do the perfect crime which is the serial killer side mission. i finish everything and find out where the guy is hiding but everytime i try to enter batman keeps saying " i need the batmobile before taking on valentin" and i already have the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ batmobile and its been a few days since i couldnt continue from here. i cant find any answers since i might be the only one with this problem but does anyone have any explanation?

does the batmobile have access to the founders island? you need it to take valentine to the gcpd after you take him down. just play the storyline until the island is unlock

yeah i have access to it it still doesnt work my batmobile is there

i even cleared out the enemy tanks nearby the area he still insists that he needs the batmobile even if i smash the hell out of the entrance with it

Did you get the Batmobile to Founders Island normally or did you use the All Bridges Down mod? If you use the All Bridges mod too early in the game you'll mess up being able to complete many criminal and militia side missions.

i dont have any mods other than the play all characters but besides that i dont have any console commands or cheats/mods enabled.

i've never encounter this bug on my multiple playthrough. as lucasj suggested play the main story and try again that side mission. keep us informed if u still got that bug
