No, it´s just a mod someone´s made. The 1966 Batmobile was already in the Game (Part of a DLC). The Adam West Suit is a PS4 exclusive

You need to have the 'classic TV' DLC in order to get the '66 Batmobile and Adam West Batsuit...the batsuit is actually in the DLC and just needs to be unlocked with mod.
It is not a fan-made batsuit...it's actually in the DLC.

there is also a 'Jokermobile' unlock also..and there are various 'free roam' mods available....where you can roam the city as the various Catwoman/Batgirl/Harley's/Robins/Nighwings/Azrael/ etc...depending on what DLC you have in the game.

Yeah, I bought the "premium" bundle during Xmas (like everyone else)... so no problem on having the appropriate dlc.

Adam West Batman is so plushy;)

"Cheating" is involved primarily when a player uses a mod to gain a tactical advantage in a VAC monitored multiplayer server. Appearance mods are fine for single player games.
