Excavator mission bug

my computer keeps crashing every time when i go on this mission it goes all black and i have to restart the computer anyone knows a solution it runs smoth the entire game just this mission that gives me this error

i didnt and i will try it thanks but its weird cuz i downloaded a pirate version and got the same bug so i decided to buy it in hope it wouldn't happen :/

If you had this issue with a pirate version and it's continued into a legit copy then you want to make sure that all files from the previous version are removed. I recommend Revo uninstaller, it's a legit program and it will do an indepth search for left over files so you can do a fresh install of the game without conflicting files from a different version. However I do recommend doing the verifying game cache first.

oh but I did i instaled the windows agains i was using windows 7 before when i played the pirate version then i instaled win10 and bought the original

gtx 650ti non boost from gigabyte
4gbx2 DDr3 ram and a core i5 2310

Is it the final cutscene?
My guess is that the cutscene is 'choking out' your 4GB RAM.
you do know that you need at least 8GB nad 12GB for Win 10?
Only way around it would be to load a savegame right after that...tho' the latter tank battle have many more tanks and may cause it to happen more frequetly.

try the one titled 'just past the excavator drill fight'...thing is ...this save will have a different progress as far as riddles and side missions.

i have 8GB its dual channel 4GBx2
and its the mission itself where the arkham knights follows you inside the tunnels

and getting another save would be hard xD i have 100% on almost every side missions and i made almost every chalenge xD

Yeah...I just went thru that the other day, doing a replay...I go thru the main story first then do the side missions..I don't know what you can do if 'verifying' didn't detect it and fix it(run it at least twice)...and if you've tried one of your eralier saves.
You've had it on 2 seprate OS and 2 different versions...I'm at a loss.
I'm sure you have Windows Defender disabled,Firewall other virus/adware detection programs and all other background programs running....play it off-line,etc...and do general PC maintinence(scan disk,defrag,registry cleaners,etc)
----
as a last option...you could MAKE A COPY then upload your current save game....have someone get past that part then re-upload it back to you...then you wouldn't loose your progress.

yup that could be an option but idk why its that only ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission its just that time on the tunnels that he follows you with that excavator drill just that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ one thats why i dont understand i think its too much for my graphic card but then again why does it runs the rest of the game and just that mission crashes?

You could try different settings for that part...like lowering the res. or running it in windowed mode...after ..you just change it back...heck the new Resident Evil 7 game wouldn't let people play on Phenom CPU...if you had a save after the 2st part...you could(I think it got patched) also Dx12 runs great in Rise of the Tomb Raider until you hit the final cutscene in the game...then it crashes...so everyone has to switch it to DX11 to justget past that part.

You could try that Arkham Knight tweak tool to see if it helps....supposedly it doesn't work after the re-release version came out but many claim it does work...so I don't know....I know it helped with the 'cracked' version...I was able to play that no problem whereas many(even to this day) can't even get it to load up.
