Can't Enter Clock Tower to Meet the Oracle

I bought and started this game today but I'm stuck at this point in the beginning. When I get to the top of the Clock Tower I used the detective vision to find the entrance to meet the oracle. However, I keep walking in all directions to try to pop up the interaction button (like I saw in some gameplays on youtube - which pops up so easily), but nothing happens. No button shows up and I cant enter -.-

Anybody experienced this before? Any solutions?

I'm using a xbox 360 controller by the way.

The ClockTower roof access is on the north side of the steeple; you should receive a prompt when you walk near or over it. There's known issues with maxed screen resolution and collision objects or interactive actions and events. If your game resolution is maxed out, try reducing it. If this is your first playthrough, make certain auto-updates are enabled. If not then you might want to patch and verify the game. Let us know your results.

By maxed out you mean fullscreen or full resolution of the monitor or both? I tried using a window and with lower resolutions, no button appears...

Fullscreen is fine, so is your PC monitor resolution. Look in the game's Graphic Options menu. If your game's screen resolution is maxed out in that menu, reduce it. Also make certain that you have the correct objective from your Mission Select wheel; click Right DPad on controller.

The mission is selected correctly and I already tried very low resolutions (like 1024x768) and nothing promps up. My native resolution is 2560x1080

If this is your first playthrough, try backwinding your save to a point just after dropping off Ivy at the GCPD. Perhaps that will reset the objective.

If you haven't used backwinding before, here's instructions. One of the game's best features:
01. Backwind to a previous save point. From the save slot menu:
Keyboard and Mouse: Hold down minus key (-) to display backups, press equal (=) to select.
XBox Controller: Hold down LB (above Left Trigger) then RB to select.

If that doesn't place you back far enough in time, follow these instructions to access backups from Documents folder:
02. Reload a previous save.
Locate your backup folder, typically found here:
Documents \ WB Games \ Batman Arkham Knight \ Steam Account Number \ SaveData \ backup

I wasnt.

I just restarted my whole game. Started from the beggining with a new save and got the clock tower roof, first, when I was able. I entered it successfully. thank god.
