Lucuius Fox character bio won't unlock

I have 120%ed the game, how can i unlock it?

After dropping off Poison Ivy at GCPD, you enter the Batmobile and track either Scarecrow or Riddler. As you leave the garage you hear dialogue between Batman and Lucius about the Batmobile feeling sluggish. Lucius remotely brings the Batmobile's boosters online and his bio unlocks after the text confirmation. If you skip through this dialogue or quit the game before the text confirmation, Lucius' bio may not unlock properly. You might get it in NG+.
