Wrong. The Justice League 3000 Skin, The Scarecrow Mission Pack and the Adam West Skin is only PS4 exclusives. Its not available on Xbox One too. But at least the Adam West Skin is available with a mod.

Obviously Sony is ready and willing to pay extra for extra PS4 stuff so Sony has paid extra to keep the PS4 Exclusives exclusive. Its not the First time they did this and they shurely won´t stop doing that. No profit orientated company would say no to extra money and in the End, it´s all about the money.

And tbh. The Exclusives are not that worth it

I don't think the 'Scarecrow Missions' are even available on PS4.....I thought they were a pre-order bonus.

Yep. And in addition to that, they're terrible. 3 race tracks with tank fights. Just what the game needed more of. I'm sure someone will eventually mod them in, if there's any interest (just like the other Arkham games got the "exclusives" modded in). The problem is, this time there might not be any interest.

Bought the complete on Xbox because my PC can't run the game, and it turns out that I can't honor the memory of Adam West on it, either :(

A few years ago a great hacker (I want to credit him but doubt it’s a good idea to), was able to crack the Ps3 Arkham Orgins exclusive skins and dlc maps and port them to PC... I don’t know how that is done, and I am sure it is super hard to do, and from other boards people doubt this one will be cracked and we would need to hope the dev emancipates it or leaks it.
Anyone know what is needed to crack and port game files? (In basic terms) I’m just curious how it is done...and holding out hope that it can be.

As I said last year, noone cares about the scarecrow nightmare missions. They are terrible. It's just 3 race tracks with yet more tank fights. The game had too much of that to begin with. The PS4 has been cracked for awhile, if there was any interest someone would've extracted the files and released them. They did for the Adam West PS4 exclusive stuff.

Just to correct your last statement...the Adam West skin is in the PC DLC...
nothing was 'cracked' out of the PS4...it is simply a line of code that unlocks it out the PC DLC.
However I agree....who needs the Scarecrow Missions anyway.

I care. I check pretty much every day to see if someone's managed to get Scarecrow Nightmare Missions working on PC. I want access to the entire game.

Actually, I believe that, as far as it would concern Arkham Knight, this has been the case for only a few months at most. If I understand correctly, there would not have been much of an opportunity for anyone to look into it yet.

The Adam West skin didn't come from PS4 files. I believe that was pulled from the PC showcase for the 1960s Batmobile, which happened to include a model of an Adam West-skinned Batman standing next to it.

So I'm guessing that it's not simply a lack of interest that has kept anything from happening, but the fact that it has actually been impossible until recently, and may still be impossible now.

You may be right: even if it is possible at this point, it may also be true that nobody with the necessary skills will ever have enough interest in this exclusionary content to check about getting it to work on PC. But I think it's jumping the gun to make that assumption at this point.

Well, as my handle implies, I am obsessed with these games. And maybe the dlc stinks, but I would love to be the judge of that. I bet it’s true, but regardless, I am a completionist, I mean I even liked seeing the unfinished Joker skin in Orgins dlc... so at the very LEAST wouln’t it be cool to get the last of the Batman skins?
