move the mouse left and right very slowly, it took me a few trys but i got it.

Just extract them and move with them very very slowly. You might need to slow down your mouse sensitivity just for that level.

keep an eye on the top of the tank......it's has indicators lights

This. Even though this is an old topic, this is the way to go. I play with my DPI cranked way high and was exploding in seconds. Turned it ALL the way down and never even approached the yellow light.

You're simply going too fast. It's annoying, but you need to go slower.
