Can I Turn off Local Surveillance ?
To be honest the Local Surveillance becomes very annoying at the end because thugs just repeated the same words... Wonder if there's a way to turn it off in game or via editing some game files ?

Just turn the dialogue/subtitles off and keep effects/music on

there is no 'thug' dialogue setting in the config files. Well none that I'm aware of.
