Can't get to GOTO's ship, game softlocked.

I am at the part of the story where I'm changing the ID signature of the Ebon Hawk to bait GOTO so I can save the main char. So far so good, I talk to the blind mechanic, pick an ID, choose members to launch the assault and the cutscene where he starts chasing after the Hawk plays. So far so good. There is a conversation between some Duros in the Nar Shadaa cantina and next thing I'm supposed to bring hell to GOTO;

Here I instead find myself beside the Ebon Hawk, at Nar Shadaa docks unable to board my ship without changing the ID, and the blind mech tells me I need a blank transponder card to do the thing. Effectively trapping me on my least favourite planet without main char.

On top of this I can't get the cheat console up to just teleport to GOTO's ship and continue the quest that way.

Any help would be very appreciated, I've never had a problem like this before.

From the guide it seems like you have not done the warehouse section where you "sell" T3 through either the champ or Kodin
