Kotor 2 Companions light/dark side alignment glitch PLEASE HELP

So far ive restarted the game and played halfway through it twice. I have used KSE to make myself and my followers dark characters, but when i add them to my party it give them full light side alignment. This is extremely annoying because i want all of my characters to be evil but the game just wont co operate. Please help!!

If using KSE you've edited your charisma to be above 50 then this alignment glitch happens - just edit your charisma (and that of your companions) to be below 50...

How do I fix this? my Charisma in under 50 and that of my party. Even my prized astromech is evil... help?
