M4-78 Black Screen

So, this is my problem. I am on M4-78 and I have a black screen after entered the correct number. I should have return directly to the Ebon Hawk but instead, I have a black screen.
I can move my character, open the main menu and the map, but the screen is stucked black. I tried to save the game and I have no longer the black screen but the story won't progress. My journal still says I need to enter the correct code, but the console says I already have and the vents are no longer spewing out green smoke.
Any ideas?

did 2 playthroughs this summer already, and i found out one mod was an issue. for me it was some HD skies or whatever.... Skyboxes ! unistal that one, you can reinstall it back after you finish M4-78 tho
