EDIT: Found this: http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Star_Wars:_Knights_of_the_Old_Republic_II_%E2%80%93_The_Sith_Lords#Dialogue_options_won.27t_display
I tested it, pixel by pixel, the smallest possible fitting resolution I found was 1366x785. 10 pixels less cut off from the screen than the guide describes. Bit of a hassle but worth the trouble.
EDIT2: I noticed that when in game, I have to click a lot lower to use anything (I'm guessing this is the 17 pixel difference). Extremely annoying. If anyone has any insight into this, it would be much appreciated.
Thanks, tried it out, seems to be working, but I selecting a dialog option with the mouse is a pain in the ass, I have to use the cursors, but it's a fix.
Selecting anything at all is a pain in the ass. Every single click is registered at the wrong place. For now I've just stuck with the default 4:3 resolution.
Interesting. Going to try this out later today.
If memory serves, this game had a patch between now and when the post was made, there was no reason to necrobump this
Well if they plan on continuing to sale it. Something needs to happen. Maybe a warning that goes a little something like this: "Hey, our s*** doesn't work on windows 10. F*** you!"
Sure, that'd be nice, like Fallout 3 has on the Steam store page. I played it on windows 10 and it worked fine, though? Anecdotal evidence but I haven't seen that many people complain and there's usually some workarounds to make old games work and it's kind of to be expected that old games that were made before current operating systems even existed could have some problems. What seems to be the problem anyway?
