1) Onderon; Depends on your choice of leader
2) Nar Shaddaa; As you know
3) Dantooine; Depends on your choice of leadership. If DS Vrook might attack you on the settlers too however if you pick the wrong dialogue options, but it's possible to be DS and spare him.
4) Atris; Yes, you can spare her as well (and she gets really chatty at that :))
I agree with you on the Hanharr situation; as tough as he is and as cool as it might feel to have the Chewbacca-esque character, Mira is definitely the better choice because of her high Demolition, Wrist Launcher, and ability to turn her into a Jedi. I have previously played the game as a DS character and gotten her in my party. What you need to do is go back and forth in gain LS and DS points in the game and have a slight LS alignment when you get to Nar Shaddaa; you can get Mira as a party member and still have plenty of time to make enough DS options to get the bonus from being completely aligned.
Thanks, I sided with the general on Onderon, on Dantooine I sided with the settlers, I killed the mercs that had Vrook locked up and he got mad. I realy don't go for DS/LS when it comes to bigger descisions, I just do what I feel like doing in that situation.
I would have had no problem with the Jedi attacking me because im DS, but I only had a**hole like dialogue options from "I have a few questions befor I kill you" to "get ready to die, old man". I wasn't even given the chance to consider sparing them.
Kotor 2 was pretty grey but yeah: I would've liked a 3rd Kotor in any event.
I agree. They had planned to make KOTOR 3, but cancelled it because LucasArts was having to make cutbacks and fired a lot of people; still, I don't see why they couldn't have eventually made one if they could wait 7-8 years to release TOR.
Maybe I should try Light side male but be a bad guy.
Ultimately, your motivations are two-fold: to survive against the Sith that puruse you and to find out why the Jedi masters stripped you of the force and cast you out of the order.
The direction in which you take those motivations are (supposedly) steered by your aligment and Kreia's machinations.
The problem is that the game forces you to play lightside in order to get what you want from the Jedi Masters. To get the masters on-side the player has to please them, but that DOESN'T mean that the player-character actually gives a ♥♥♥♥ about the worldly affairs they're constantly dragged into. Granting the player light-side points for that is silly and generally goes against the game's own take on deconstructivism.
Except then it tries to insist that you're grey and following a wiser path, what with not being chained to one specific dogma. No, you're really not. You're just plain lying. You're engaging in things that you really don't care about for the sake of getting what you want. You don't care about what Queen Talia or Vaklu do to their people -- if you're playing a selfish darky, that is -- but... yeah, you get the point.
Coulda been a bit like Planescape: Torment with the whole system where you can say the same thing but determine if it's the truth or a lie.
