Color Crystals, please help!

Do you need to be a certaint level to get certaint crystals? I'm trying the save and reload method on daraala to get the cyan color crystal, but she never seems to have one. the items do change, but she always has yellow, red, violet, green and blue crystals, and the amounts of them change. I can never seem to get cyan, or any other color. I am a lvl 14 sentinel, do i need to be a certaint level to get the cyan? or any other crystal?

1) Vanilla - it depends on level.
2) TSLRCM - totally random color (but some are more likely than others).

Only got the cyan color twice out of mabye 20 times...

yeah ive tried it like 60 times now, no luck. I guess cyan hates me. i was able to go back to telos and get one from one of the merchant brothers.

Of course, if you don't mind cheating, you can just use the "giveitem" code to give yourself a cyan crystal (at the cost of your game save being branded with "Cheats Used". Personally, I'm fine with that)

There's always a fixed Cyan in the Korriban Academy aswell...

Yes, I already tried that, and all i get is two purple grenades, that have no description. D;

Where in the Academy? is there a set spot?

Yes, it's in some rubble in the area with the test-console and Master Uthar's room.

If you got that, then you likely made a mistake in the cheat code (or got a bad cheat code).

If you use a "giveitem" code that refers to something that doesn't exist, then the game creates those useless blank grenades, to keep the game from crashing.

Such as typing "giveitem w_blaste_11" gives you an Arkanian Heavy Pistol, but typing "giveitem w_blaster_11" (note the "r") gives you nothing but a useless purple grenade with no description.

You might need to double-check your codes, and make sure you carefully typed it in correctly.

( FYI, the code for a cyan crystal is "giveitem u_l_colo_06" )

yes i tried giveitem "u_I_colo06" (without ") and i still got purple grenades. Maybe the color cyan really hates me. D;

There's an underscore between the "colo" and "06".

Admittedly, it'd be easier if we could see the code as we type it in, especailly as even one wrong symbol or letter, and you get purple grenades.

Thanks, i tried it again with the _ between colo and 06 and i still got a purple grenade, it would be easier if we could see it

I usually get my cyan crystal from the merhcant brothers on Telos as mentioned above. Good luck!!! :D

Cute in game ways to guarantee some colors:

During the story you're asked what your lightsaber was like just before the cutscene where you leave it at the academy. This will alter the color and your old lightsaber will become available in the future, guaranteeing you at least one color crystal of your choosing.

The Cyan crystal you can get at the Jedi Academy is Fixed.

The Ultima Crystal is also fixed.

where is the cyan crystal at the JEDI academy? i didnt think there was a FIXED one there, just random. ive heard that there was a fixed cyan crystal at korriban academy too.
