(Resolved) Issue with Lost Jedi questline. I am using mods. (Spoilers)
I have both TSLRCM and the M4-78 mods installed.

I went through the game on the dark side path and done the planets in this order. Nar-shadda, Onderon Part 1, Korriban, M4-78, Dantooine, Onderon Part 2.

I have killed all the Jedi Masters and the Lost Jedi quest states I have killed Kavar which is true. But it doesnt update to go to Jedi Enclave on Dantooine and Kriea doesnt mention it either. I went ahead to the Enclave and the events there rolled out normally. After the event there finished I didnt get a quest update to go to Taris. Went back to the ship and got the normal scene that Kriea went to Telos. I go there automatically but no event starts. Not the Handmaiden fight and neither the Atris fight. I have no main story quests in my quest log.

I used the KSE save editor to check through my quest log. Tried giving myself the proper step in the quest line before heading to the Enclave and the samething still happens. Also the quest log still updates properly once reaching the Telos base according to KSE but nothing happens upon reaching the base.

What things should i try to fix this? I do have a save file in korriban that is before reaching Vash's body in the normal game.

I hope I gave enough detail to help me figure out this problem.

Check out the known issues thread in the M4-78EP forum.

For now you can use KSE to put 000_Jedi_Found from 5 to 4.

Thank you. Changing the value of Jedi_Found worked.
I'm assuming the game may have counted Master Vash twice? One for finding her "body" on Korriban which was a datapad and one for finding her on M4-78.

Yup.

We've disabled the increment for Vash on Korriban for M4-78EP, but for some unknown reason we don't know Steam gives TSLRCM's version priority and thus the increment still happens if the workshop version is used.
