I'm using the TSLRCM, and I'm wondering two things:

Whats the best way to teach that self righteous punk a lesson? Can I even fight her?

Is it possible to get my lightsaber back, through fighting or another way, I see lots of conflicting info online.

nope, you arent getting it back and you cant fight her until much much later

SPOILER ALERT!!

If you don't want her to lecture you as much, when discussing your exile from the Jedi Order, choose the conversation choice, "I didn't come here to debate the Council's decision." She'll say something about your exile having granted you wisdom and drop the subject. If you pick anything else, she gets really preachy.

There is a reason for her acting the way she does and it comes out later in the story. You'll just have to play farther and see.

As for the lightsaber, you have to collect parts and build one. She won't give you yours back. Again, there's a reason for this and it will be shown later in the game.

For the record, you can 100% figure out her reasoning for acting the way she does the first time you meet her. You just have to make a few stat checks and pick the right dialogues.

im fond of a mod called ask atris for your lightsaber that does let you get it back.

You can't although if you want to make her eat crow have a high intelligence and awareness modifier, she of course won't admit to losing the debate but it's obvious to anyone she did.
