Two Atris Bug

I've returned to Telos to kill Atris. When I arrive, the Handmaiden (who is now a jedi) kills her sisters then fights Atris. She doesn't kill Atris, but when she is weakened I get a cutscene where there are two Atris characters. One of the Atrises rambles a bit, then my Exile walks in. The active Atris uses force lightning on the Handmaiden, apparently killing her (?) and then my Exile fights that Atris. Meanwhile there is another Atris just standing there. When I weaken her, she runs up to the room full of holocrons and I follow. I get locked in there, there's a cutscene which apparently takes place in a different room, I tell her I'm going to kill her, then she is non-hostile so I can't. And I'm just locked in a creepy room with a completely benign Atris, unable to continue.

I saved during the Handmaiden's fight with Atris but my last save before that is on Dantooine before the 30 minutes of conversation with Kreia, Visas, etc.

I've tried several dialog options to no avail. Is there a KSE way out of this?

Playing on Ubuntu 14.04 with only TSLRCM installed.

Known issue with a difficulty altering modification (don't recall the name right now).

So, I ask you, are you *sure* you're just running TSLRCM?

@Hassat Hunter - Thanks for the reply! You're providing better support on here than most paid devs. I definitely only have TSLRCM installed.

I actually did manage to fix the issue with KSE. I toggled "Atris Finale" and "Atris Dead" to 1, then after the glitchy cutscene I was able to just talk to Handmaiden and continue the story.

Sorry for necro, but I'm having exactly the same issue but only if I kill all of the attacking sisters. If at least one survives only one Atris spawns and everything proceeds as intended. This is reproducible in my game, I tried it several times, with and without reloading the map (going back to an older save).

Try without the lightsaber colors mod.
