Possible bug with HK-47 parts?

Is it normal for Kodin to sell a droid vocabulator on Nar Shaddaa? I already have that part and it was my understanding that he is supposed to sell the droid processor (the only part that I am missing).

I know that I can use a save editor and that if I reload the area before speaking to him the store inventory should be different but I am wondering if this is a bug.

HK parts via vendors are random.

Nar Shaddaa is useful because there's like 3 vendors that have them as possible sales.

I read plenty of posts that said, without doubt, that I should go to Kodin for the processor.

1) Vanilla you get the part the one above you currently posses (so if you actually rebuild HK you get duplicates, if you actually keep around the parts you could even get the special part that's supposed to be Geeda-only). So no, it wasn't guaranteed a certain part.

2) With TSLRCM it's random, amongst 1-4 (so no more HK package).
