Blank Transponder Card bug

So, I finnished that quest with T3 and got both a blank Transponder Card and the codes. I went to the shop to update it and a cutscene of the Ebon Hawk leaving the planet appeared and then it asked me to choose two party members to board Goto's ship. After I chose them, however, I was brought back to Nar Shaddaa, triggering a cutscene with Atton saying that he must get to the ship. I went to the ship (which supposedly was already in space) and it says that I cannot board it because I haven't changed the code (which I had just done). I went back to the shop and the guy says that I need a bank transponder card. Is there a way to get one and get on with the game, or is this completely bugged? I am playing with the restoration mod, if it matters.

Did it repeat a scene in the cantina with the Zhug?

I am not sure, possibly. What I can guarantee is that after choosing the two people to board Goto's ship I spawned once again with Atton, T3 and Mira at the Entertainment Promenade, inside the gate that leads to the main hub.

I eventually managed to do it. I reloaded to the part where T3 had to get the card and played it through. I tried to interact with the guy that changes the code with Atton and not with T3 (on the first run I had Atton downed), and it worked. I hope this helps you.

That also happened to me with similar conditions, and was also fixed by having all characters full health.
