Haven't used any of these mods myself though.
in other word in the vanilla game if ur pc dont have a repair above 1 all the item u want to breackdown worth only 1 component,that why i was searching for a mod that fix the problem or a solution to improve my repair stat

I believe the one you were wondering about was "Expanded Workbench revised", which added a bunch of weapons and semi-generic light and medium armors (among other things) to the Misc section of the workbench. It was originally hosted on filefront (I still had a bookmark for it, luckily), but, unfortunately, was NOT one of the mods that got moved over to GameFront when filefront was shut down. The closest thing that GameFront has is "New Workbench Upgrades" which just adds upgrade items for weapons, armors, and robes but adds no base equipment to the Workbench.
