Cheats, Mods, Trainers
Need mods, trainer and working cheats. Filefront has tons of mods but their network sites permanently closed. Nexus has not much mods. For steam version there are only 1 trainer and trainer makers demand money.. About cheats it seems cause of steam version and windows 8.1 cheats are not working. So any idea about mods or trainer? Or any idea for how to make cheats work?

Look for KSE 3.3.3 but be warned...it can possibly break your playthrough. KSE acts as a save game editor for both KOTOR 1 and 2; you have to right click on The Sith Lords and direct it to your Knights of the Old Republic 2 directory.

Command console isn't working since the update. At least not for me.

with KSE you can raise your and your partymembers stats, skills, add feats and forcepowers, give loads of credits, spikes, parts, chemicals and equip you with the best weapons and armor. I recommend using KSE 3.3.5, and then add the registry key for the path to KoTOR2, makes life more easy. ^^

I've found that the console works for me, it's just invisible. Also, you may need to re-edit the .ini file.

KSE is mandatory as far as I'm concerned - I never liked how KOTOR forced prestige classes on you like in older D&D titles. Especially not for your companions, forcing you to stunt their levels if you want to make them more Jedi than ... whatever class they were initially.

I generally reset all of my companions to Level 1 Jedi and tweak their traits and XP to match that and level them up ingame. This would be a nightmare to do without modding them from the get-go or console codes for hours.

It can also fix some missing quest triggers or reset some of them in case the game bugs out. (Stuck in the Telos academy bug anyone?)

They fixed that even if you don't use TSLRCM.
