Mouse not working

so i tried it today cuz it was updated. everything worked fine before the update. but now the game startes and my mouse does not work. i can see it and move it but dosn't respond on clicking. Sometimes i also get into the game but same problem occur after cutscenes. I have tried changeing hardware mouse on and off but that does not help.

Edit: Not sure if it works, but going into the config file and disabling intro fixed it for me

I'm having the same problem. I am very suprized this is the first time I have bought something on steam and it totally didnt work. I have tried to trouble shoot it my self, but I have gotten no where. I have 0 mods installed freshly installed game, but nope, my mouse will not click. Kinda makes the game unplayable. Really wanted to get some achivments...

Might be wrong here but I think the mouse isn't displaying since it detects a controller and uses that instead.

Wow guys, you have to disable the intro movie in the swkotor2.ini files. Thats so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid, my mouse is working now. change the resolution in the same place.

Nope I tried that. It still will not work. Now they mouse shows an impession like it is clicking, but still does nothing.

Bumping this. I can see my PC being set by default to a console controller, but I dont have one and my mouse doesnt click on any menu buttons! Frustrating!

i had a similar issue thinking the mouse didnt work, but it was just mis-aligned...and was caused by my windows settings, as text size was 125%
this could be causing some of your mouse issues

sucks because on my tv if i dont have things set to at least 125% i cant read stuff

I fixed this issue by changing my resolution.

I had it at 1920x1080 and set it to 1230x1024, and the issue seemed to fix itself. I'm not sure why it was happening, but this is my fix.

It was freezing for me too but I seemed to have fixed it. Set your Screen Resolution in Windows to the "recommend" for the monitor/video card and THEN go into the Game and set the Screen Resolution to MATCH your Windows resolution - same resolution and htz. That fixed it for me after months of not getting past one part.

Same thing here. The mouse dont works. I tried to disable intro movie in the config file but it didnt works. My windows config is the "recommended". Hope they fix it.
