The jedi guardian while force sensitive doesn't really use the force much compared to the other two and as such has a much lower force pool to draw from. This is offset by being the class that has the most feats/skills to spend per level but also least powers to spend.
As for "advanced players" it's mostly just letting you know that compared to the other two classes the jedi consular is much squishier as well as less feats/skills to spend on level ups but it's offset in theory by you having a much deeper force pool to draw from so you can use your powers much more frequently and IIRC it also gains powers fastest.
Ex. I can still see Skype messages...
That may by why you cant get DSR to work while keeping your Monitor at your native res. Similar issue with Cities Skylines and DSR.
I had this same issue. In swkotor2.ini under [Display Options] I changed the height and width to 3840x2160 (It was set to 640x480 for me) and changed the same thing under [Graphics Options].
After that, when I booted up the game, things were a bit more messed up than before, but I was able to make it to the resolution settings, and 3840x2160 was now an actual in menu option. I selected it, and it pretty much fixed the resolution problems I was having with the game itself, and the cutscenes.
Weird, but worked for me.
1. Navigate to the swkotor.exe file and right click
2. Go to the compatibility tab
3. Check the box for 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings
4. Crank it up to 4K in game
Good luck!
Worked perfectly - thanks!
i love you thx a bunch:D

4. Crank it up to 4K in game

I tried this and still no good. Im using a 1200p monitor, could this be the issue? Do I have to enable DSR to get the options in game or is this fix meant to bypass that?
