Companion mastery bonus

I was wondering if companions are suppossed to get a mastery bonus if their alignment reaches an extreme.

I've read here that they do:

I have 100 influence with most of my NPCs and I have alignment mastery myself yet they don't show the boost in their character screens (both jedi and non-jedi characters).

I find that only after the TSLRM is used that they have that.

Well, I am using the mod but still nothing. The character was created after the install... perhaps it's a bug then.

Yes, they can. But only if you've trained them as Jedi. The bonuses show up on their character sheets. In may game, Atton, Bao-Dur, Mira, Handmaiden and Visas all have the Light Side Mastery bonuses.

While I'm on here I might as well say you're right, at least regarding the light side mastery bonuses. I've had it for all my *trained* companions as well.

As far as I know even if it shows it (needs a certain prestige class) they still wont get the bonus anyway.

I'm having a related problem. Bao Dur and the Handmaiden are now trained and have achieved Light Side Mastery. Yet Bao Dur gets the +3 Strength bonus in his stats and the Handmaiden doesn't even though it says in yellow at the top of her alignment bar that she has +3 Strength from Light Side Mastery. Any ideas how to fix this and have the bonus apply to her Strength score?

Stopped playing. I'd have to go back and load that last save and check but I've moved on to other games so I'm good for now. Thanks for following up though!
