You don't need a short lightsaber. Two regular ones work just fine.
Yeah, especially since you can't equip another 'saber with a double blade. (way to go, game programmers) I was wondering what would happen if you tried the 'saber training with a double blade, so thanks for posting that.
You need to have Visas equipped with a saber. Any will do.
You need to have 2 single-handed sabers for yourself, either equipped or available (I think having 1 available and 1 equipped might still fail, not quite sure). This can be full or short. It doesn't count Freedon Nadd's saber though (nor Visas' saber if you use my mini-mod for it).
You can go through threads telling people they're wrong all you like but it doesn't work. The very first thing I tried was 1 single blade for Visas with 2 in my own hands. Unless the one you get from the Peragus skip doesn't count then you please need to stop being so vigilant about attacking people who are having problems.
