4th Ravager Bomb Bug?

Hey guys, I'm on the Ravager right now. I blew three charges, went and killed Nihilus, then returned to the room with the 4th bomb to grab it and set the charge but it won't let me take it. I've seen the cutscene of the mandolorian getting killed and from my understanding I should be able to take it after that scene. I also went back to before I killed Nihilus and tried to take it, still no go. Anyone have this same problem?

What I've always done is go to the room with the missile bay, interacted with the nearby console (which allows me to take the proton core afterwards from the bay) and then placed it in the 4th location.
