If you want M4-78 you have to install TSLRCM also. I use the workshop versions of both and all you have to do is go into the workshop, find the mods and click subscribe. You may have to restart Steam to get them to install. Make sure you get the TSLRCM language version that matches your Kotor 2. If you use the workshop M4-78 you need to delete 2 files as explained in the notes for the mod. Don't forget existing saves should not be used after you install these two mods so start a new game.
If you want any other workshop mods subscribe to them at this stage. I use the Workbench Crystal Attunement B mod which is very handy as it saves you from having to run back and forward to Kreia to attune the *yourname* crystal.
The next stage is to install your downloaded mods. I've not used any of those you list so I don't know if they are compatible with TSLRCM/M4-78. Download the mods and unpack them into a folder away from your kotor 2 folder (mods usually come as rar files, I use 7zip to unpack them). Most mods come with TSLpatcher.exe and all you have to do is run that to install them. If you are using workshop TSLRCM then you need to install to
C:/program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/workshop/content/208580/485537937
which is where TSLRCM is installed. Do not install to the Kotor 2 folder.
I have one mod (vibroswords pack) which does not use TSLpatcher so you just copy the files to the override folder. I initially copied them to the Kotor 2 override folder and it worked but I then copied the files to the override folder within the TSLRCM folder above just to be sure.
If you don't want to use any workshop mods use the Deadlystream versions of TSLRCM and M4-78 and install as per the mod instructions to
C:/program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Knights of the Old Republic II
That should work but I've not done it with the current Steam version of the game. Then install the other mods to the same folder.
Disclaimer: What I have explained above worked for me. If you follow it you do so at your own risk.
