how do i use cheats?

and the comment i saw did not really help,so is there any other way i can do it or is cheats disabled?

Or you could not bother. It's not as if a bit of practice won't teach you how to exploit the AI's weaknesses. If you use cheats your save will be marked "cheats used", although there are no penalties for that apart from the label. Achievements are not disabled.

Better to use the save editor or just kill all the enemies.
