Return to Freedon Nadd's tomb
I couldn't open the ancient safes the first time around and can't figure out how to return. I'm back in the Ebon Hawk now, after I killed the Jedi and queen.

How do I return to the tomb with my character?

You can't.

If you have a save from when in the tomb or before, the only way back is using one of those saves.

Not much. One usually has a lightsaber colour crystal, can't remember what you get from the other but it might be a not particularly good lightsaber crystal.
