I keep missing with my dual bladed lightsaber

I use master critical hit and master power attack, however they often miss - I am using a dual bladed lightsaber, I'm a level 19 Jedi guardian. Even with the normal attack, I miss quite a lot, but a bit less. Here are my stats: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=740117249

If i remember right, dual-bladed weapons require the two-weapon fighting feats to use effectively. If you did not grab those, that would explain the excessive misses you are experiencing.

Thank you - I have noticed that in unarmed combat I have not missed once.

Dual bladed weapons count as two weapons and using them gives a penalty to your attack value. Selecting the two weapon feats at level up reduces/eliminates the penalty. You can see attack values for weapons on the equip screen.

Unarmed combat is classed as a single weapon so there is no penalty when using it.

Use a single blade, it's much more epic and looks better.
